Selling, shipping, payouts, consignment, buying — the questions we hear most, answered straight. Don't see yours? The Vault Assistant answers instantly, or email collections@greenwayvault.com for selling and consignments@greenwayvault.com for consigning.
Five steps: 1) Send photos or a list. 2) Offer — a real person replies within 48 business hours with a number. 3) Accept & sign — accept in your Vault portal and sign the buyout agreement; the offer is locked. 4) Ship to our Scottsdale intake with tracking (address and packing guide come with the agreement). 5) Verify & pay — we photograph every package on arrival, verify the cards against the offer, and typically send your money within 7 days by ACH, Zelle, or PayPal.
We anchor to recent sold comps — not asking prices — across the major marketplaces plus our own live-show results. From there, variant (1st Edition, Shadowless, holo/reverse, Crystal, Shining, errors), condition, character demand, and real sell-through shape the number.
Notable cards are priced individually; bulk is priced by category. Offers are itemized where practical and always no-obligation.
You ship to us at your cost with any tracked carrier once the agreement is signed. Pack cards snug in sleeves / toploaders or team bags inside a sturdy box with fill; slabs in bubble wrap. Prefer to hand them over? Drop-off is by appointment in Scottsdale, Arizona — email collections@greenwayvault.com to schedule.
We tell you before anything else happens. If condition or contents differ from what was described, you get a revised number with photos and can accept it or have the cards shipped back.
There's no minimum for a Quick Look. Very small lots are usually best as a direct buyout. Consignment has a $500 estimated minimum.
Yes — priced by category. Bulk performs best when bundled with stronger cards. Near Mint collections, 1st Edition / Shadowless bulk, and complete vintage sets get a closer look.
Absolutely. Japanese vintage (Vending, CD / CoroCoro promos, ANA, Southern Islands, VS / Web Series) is preferred inventory. We also buy modern Japanese and other prints.
Sometimes. If a raw card looks like a strong PSA 9–10 candidate, grading first can net more — and we'll tell you when that's the case rather than just buying it raw.
Yes. Every Tier 2+ review includes buyout, consignment, and hybrid options with our honest recommendation.
1) Apply with photos or a list; we confirm the lot qualifies ($500+ estimated). 2) Agreement — we send the consignment agreement with your commission tier in writing; you sign it in your Vault portal. 3) Ship to our Scottsdale intake with tracking. 4) Intake — every card is photographed on arrival, imaged front and back, variant-matched, and condition-noted; you get a same-day card count. 5) Sell & pay — your cards run in our live shows; once the lot has sold you receive an itemized statement and your payout typically within 7 days of the sales clearing.
Tiered by item value, stepping down as value goes up — see the rates table. No listing, photography, or hidden fees.
Typically 7–21 days from intake to last sale, depending on lot size and show scheduling. Payout typically follows within 7 days of the sales clearing, with an itemized statement showing price, commission, and your net for every card.
Same as a buyout: tracked carrier at your cost, cards snug in sleeves / toploaders or team bags inside a sturdy box with fill, slabs in bubble wrap. Drop-off by appointment in Scottsdale — email consignments@greenwayvault.com.
Unsold cards get re-run in a later show, and anything that still doesn't move can be returned to you or converted to a buyout — your call, in writing.

Slabs are cert-checked, sealed product is seal-verified, and raw cards are condition-noted by our intake team before they're listed or shown.
